Admissions Procedure

Local Students
A. Complete the “Application for Admission” form.
B. Either post or deliver the form to Leicester Business Academy
together with the following documents:

  •  photocopies of all academic qualifications
  •  two recent passport-sized photographs of yourself
  • copy of your passport or other acceptable identity document

C. On receiving your application pack, the department to which you are applying,  depending on your suitability for the course, will send you a “Letter of Acceptance” outlining college fees and details of all further documentation required to complete your application.
D. On providing all required documentation and paying deposit fees, a “Certificate of Enrolment” and a receipt of payment will be send to you to confirm that a place has been reserved for you on the course you applied for.
E. Once the above steps have successfully been completed, you are then deemed ready to start attending classes at Leicester Business Academy.

International Students
A. Complete the “Application for Admission” form.

C. On receiving your application pack, the department to which you are applying,  depending on your suitability for the course, will send you a “Letter of Acceptance” outlining college fees and details of all further documentation required to complete your application.

D. On providing all required documentation and paying deposit fees, a “Certificate of Enrolment” and a receipt of payment will be send to you to confirm that a place has been reserved for you on the course you applied for.
E. After sending out your “Certificate of Enrolment”, visa application processes could commence for students from countries requiring a visa to travel to the United Kingdom. As visa requirements vary from country to country, the local British Council, High Commission or Embassy should be contacted by prospective students for further details.
F. A student whose application for a visa has not been successful may apply for a deferral to the next semester. This Application must be submitted to Leicester Business Academy no later than 21 working days prior to the commencement of the program chosen to be studied

  • Leicester is situated right at the heart of the UK, in the East Midlands. Neighbouring cities include Nottingham, Derby, Birmingham and Coventry. With excellent road, rail and air links, Leicester is easily accessible from all parts of the country.

  • By Car

    Leicester is just off the M1 (junctions 21 & 22) and has convenient road links to the North, and to London in the south.

    By Train

    Leicester is on the Midland Mainline from London St Pancras to South Yorkshire. Direct services from London take 75 minutes. For further information call National Rail Enquiries on 08457 48 49 50 or visit www.midlandmainline.com or www.centraltrains.co.uk.

    By Coach

    National Express offer national coach services to St Margarets Bus Station in Leicester. For further information call 08705 80 80 80 or visit ww.gobycoach.com.

    By Air

    East Midlands Airport is 30 minutes by car (01332 852 852) and Birmingham International is 45 minutes by car (0121 767 5511)
